The Schlage PB405S is a fail-secure electrified deadbolt lock with 12/24 VDC operation, a door position switch, built-in relocking, and MOV surge protection.

The Schlage PB405S is an electrified powerbolt lock with a mortise, right-angle deadbolt design for electronic access control. It is the fail-secure version of the PB405 series and requires power to unlock. The PB405S can be installed in the top or side of a door frame and can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
