The Detex CS940S by Detex is a surface-mounted 9VDC battery-powered remote alarm designed by Detex to provide an audible remote alarm whenever it receives a signal from a door switch or another alarm device. The CS940S is part of the Detex CS900 Series and requires no cylinder, as a cylinder dummy is included. It features a 100dB alarm and a red LED that illuminates during an alarm condition. The alarm automatically resets when the primary alarm is silenced. Available in a gray finish, the CS940S is intended for commercial security and access control applications.
