The Detex BE-961-6 Battery Eliminator is a power conversion accessory manufactured by Detex that converts 24VAC to 9VDC for compatible battery-operated security devices. It is designed to provide continuous external power, eliminating the need for disposable 9-volt batteries. The BE-961-6 is intended for use with compatible Detex exit control locks and alarmed exit devices requiring 9VDC power. A compatible transformer and conduit are required and are sold separately.
