The Falcon 030744-001 is the OEM T Series Open Quantum Lever for Falcon T Series cylindrical locks, referenced in the Falcon Price Book 2025. The Open Quantum Lever uses the Quantum design family in the open construction style. In stock. Finish must be specified at time of order.

Open Quantum vs Closed Quantum: Choosing the Correct Quantum Lever Style

The Falcon T Series Quantum Lever is available in two construction styles. The 030744-000 is the Closed Quantum Lever with a solid, closed cross-section profile. The 030744-001 is the Open Quantum Lever with a hollow or open cross-section profile. Both share the same price and the Quantum design family. The construction style is a visual and ergonomic distinction at the trim position. Confirm the installed lever construction style before ordering to ensure the replacement matches the existing trim throughout the building.

Quantum vs Avalon and Dane: Three T Series Lever Design Families

The Falcon T Series cylindrical lock catalog offers three lever design families: the Avalon, the Dane, and the Quantum. Each family is available in both Closed and Open construction styles. The 030744-001 Open Quantum Lever is the open-style counterpart to the 030744-000 Closed Quantum Lever within the Quantum design family. The Quantum profile is visually distinct from the Open Avalon (030740-001) and the Open Dane (030742-001), which both share the open construction style but carry different lever designs. When replacing a lever, confirm the installed design family (Quantum, Avalon or Dane) and the construction style (Closed or Open) to ensure an accurate replacement at every trim position.
