Schlage 03-277-8RO is a genuine OEM Rhodes-style exterior lever with a tactile warning grip, less cylinder, designed for Schlage commercial electronic and mechanical locksets utilizing a Sargent Full Size Interchangeable Core (FSIC / J-SAR) 6-pin cylinder. This replacement lever restores the original appearance and functionality of compatible AD Series, CO Series, ALX Series and ND Series locks configured for Sargent large format interchangeable cores. The lever features knurled tactile grooves on the back of the handle to meet ADA compliance for hazardous or restricted areas. It is supplied less core, allowing instant integration with an existing 6-pin Sargent FSIC master key system.
