Schlage 03-244-8TR is a genuine OEM Tubular-style exterior lever with a tactile warning grip, less cylinder, designed for Schlage commercial electronic and mechanical locksets utilizing a Sargent Conventional Key-in-Lever (KIL) cylinder. This replacement lever restores the original appearance and functionality of compatible AD Series, CO Series, ALX Series, and ND Series locks configured for Sargent conventional cylinders. The lever features knurled tactile grooves on the back of the handle to meet ADA compliance for hazardous or restricted areas. It is supplied less cylinder, allowing seamless integration with an existing 6-pin Sargent conventional KIL cylinder master key system.
